1994 Catalina 320 C-SIDE!

$44,500.00

This lovely Catalina 320 has received tender loving care and regular maintenance. It has a functioning mainsail, her 130 genoa is in good shape as is all running rigging.  Lewmar self-tailing winches are in great shape as is the easy to use Mac Pack for hoisting and lowering the mainsail even single-handedly. The Dodger provides great protection from water spray and the ample cockpit with table allows for 6 guests to enjoy cocktail hour above deck.

With inclement weather, this well maintained sailboat's below-decks will not only wow your guests (for a boat from 1994),  but welcome you warmly each time you go below. The cushions are an easy to clean beige fabric and removable for winter storage.   Mattresses are fitted for fore V-berth and aft cabins.  There are removable panels for the V-berth windows to give below deck an even more spacious look.

In the galley, "C-SIDE" has a very large two lid refrigerator, nice countertop access storage and multiple drop front cabinets. The saloon comfortably sits four at the table and other guests on the port settee. The head is aft and the master stateroom is amazingly spacious with queen berth and standing headroom. A V- berth that sleeps two is forward and door closes for privacy.

The galley also has a gimbaled propane stovetop and oven which can be used under sail.  There are 3 large storage units that hold several dishes, pots and pans.  Above the sink, there is a convenient platform for storing plastic drink-ware and plates.  Believe it, they do not fly off that shelf even when heeling hard over!  The interior finish is in good condition with no "old boat" smell.  It is located to port with deep double sinks, a full range, gimbaled two burner stove with oven  and a microwave makes cooking on board simple, but convenient.

The head has a new Jabsco toilet. There is a handheld shower head with floor based drain and, in a pinch when the marina has no shower facilities (it happens:) it makes The Catalina 320 a true live aboard sailboat.

Clean and well cared for, this Catalina 320 is a stand out both for cruising and gives a nice performance under sail for racing with a 175 PHRF rating.  The design is well thought out without compromising on those all important creature comforts.

Another advantage of the cockpit is it's easy to move around while sail trimming.  This Catalina's stern rail seats (with cup holders and cushions) won't stick into your back.  Ample storage lockers below the seating leaves even more room for life jackets, boat hooks, spider away bottles and all the seat cushions. Look across the deck; clean with lines led aft. Furling head sail makes it also easy to single hand.

No hot water, no air conditioning, boat stays cool throughout the summer thanks to sitting in a cold Lake Michigan.  (editor's note, in 8 years of owning a Cat. 320, we never had the need for air conditioning:)
